Passmark PerformanceTest - a program for benchmarking of computer hardware, which provides a quick assessment of the "hardware" (it supports both uniprocessor and multiprocessor systems). Test results are presented in the form of a histogram that allows you to quickly compare the results with a lot of basic computer systems.

A comprehensive test of performance of PassMark Software PerformanceTest can be characterized by a large set of test modules and a good visualization of comparative results, interestingly, Intel delivers its bundled with proprietary software motherboard of its own production. The program consist of twenty-seven standard tests in seven groups, plus another five for the user tests. Among the standard tests may be noted CPU, 2D and 3D graphics, disk drives, memory, CD / DVD-drives, and many other components of the computer. The program interface allows for comparison with the results of testing of other systems, six of which are written into the program itself, and the other user can import. The program also allows you to export the results as HTML-reports, presented in tabular form, can be exported in TXT-file.

In addition to the results of standardized tests, PassMark PerformanceTest 7 shows the final results and the overall test result ("PassMark Rating"). The developers are proud of the fact that the calculation time for passing the tests are calculated with an accuracy of 1 millionth of a second. The results of the benchmark are depicted as a simple bar chart, so you do not have to spend hours studying the figures for yourself and take stock. The results can be used to determine how high your computer's performance compared to other computer systems.

The purpose of the utility include:

• to compare the performance of your computer's performance cars like and / or a steeper configuration;
• objective, independent measurements to help you make the right decision when buying;
